Implementation

A practical path from data to decisions.

Insight360 is designed around a repeatable onboarding process that helps organizations begin with their highest-value decisions, validate the results, and expand over time.

Implementation Process

Start with the decision that matters most.

Each implementation begins with the organization's leadership priorities, approved data sources, reporting definitions, and access requirements.

01

Align on priorities

Identify the leadership questions, performance measures, facilities, service lines, and teams that matter most.

02

Connect and map data

Review approved source exports and map organization-specific fields into the Insight360 standard analytics model.

03

Validate the results

Inspect data quality, confirm definitions, review permissions, and validate dashboard outputs with authorized members of your team.

04

Launch and improve

Give authorized users access, establish a refresh cadence, and use recurring reviews to turn insight into action.

Designed to work with your existing environment.

Insight360 is EHR-agnostic and can work with approved reports, structured exports, database extracts, and other authorized data sources. Data availability, delivery methods, refresh frequency, security controls, and implementation requirements are evaluated with each organization.

Focused Pilot Engagement

Begin with a defined priority and measurable outcome.

A focused pilot gives leadership an opportunity to evaluate Insight360 around a real organizational priority before considering a broader implementation.

A typical pilot may run for approximately 60–90 days. The final scope and schedule depend on data readiness, security review, stakeholder availability, validation requirements, and the dashboards selected.

Discuss a Pilot →
✓

One leadership priority

Begin with a clearly defined operational, financial, clinical, provider, referral, specialty, or pharmacy decision.

✓

One or two dashboards

Focus the initial engagement on the dashboards most relevant to the selected leadership priority.

Use synthetic data for demonstrations and only approved organizational data during an authorized implementation.

✓

Confirmed definitions

Document KPI definitions, source fields, reporting periods, exclusions, and organizational business rules.

✓

Defined success measures

Agree on the outcomes that will determine whether the pilot delivered useful and trustworthy decision support.

✓

Executive results review

Conclude the pilot with a leadership review of findings, lessons, adoption, and potential next steps.

Example Pilot Timeline

A structured path to a leadership decision.

The timeline is finalized during discovery and may be adjusted based on scope, data readiness, security review, and validation requirements.

Weeks 1–2

Discovery and alignment

Confirm the business question, stakeholders, data sources, measures, security requirements, and pilot scope.

Weeks 3–5

Data mapping and validation

Inspect approved data, document definitions, map fields, resolve quality concerns, and validate initial results.

Weeks 6–8

Dashboard configuration

Configure the selected dashboards, permissions, filters, and leadership views around the approved requirements.

Weeks 9–12

Review and recommendations

Evaluate the pilot, review results with leadership, document lessons, and identify appropriate expansion opportunities.

After the Pilot

Expand only when the results support it.

Following the executive results review, the organization can decide whether to expand to additional dashboards, locations, service lines, users, data sources, or refresh processes.
